Q. Do I need to supply anything?

A. For your convenience we supply all the eco friendly cleaning products, e mops and and cloth system we only use your vacuum.

Q. How do you vet your cleaners?

A. MaidGreen cleaners are only accepted after a strict vetting process, telephone interview, home visit and 2 references before being permitted to work in your home. You have the same dedicated cleaner each week.

Q. Do eco friendly cleaning products work as well as common cleaning products?

A. Yes, Eco friendly cleaning products perform as well as, if not superior to conventional cleaning products.

Q. What if I am not happy with the cleaner for any reason?

A. Simply call or email MaidGreen with your concerns and we will do all we can to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Q. Do you offer a replacement if my cleaner is off sick or on holiday?

A. We will organise a replacement cleaner from our team and confirm this directly with you or we will arrange an alternative date.

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes we are fully insured, giving you the peace of mind should any accidents happen or keys to your home are misplaced.

Q. Do I have to pay for the cleaning service when I am on holiday?

A. No, you do not pay if you are away on holiday, however we do require 14 days advanced notice.

Q. How do I cancel my cleaning service?

A. We hope you won't, but if you need to we require 4 weeks advanced notice in writing.
